She was so nice, very compassionate and knew exactly what I was looking for once explaining a bit about my parents. She was able to customize my parents gravestone marker to the point where I left feeling really good about it. She takes the time to really go through everything with you and to make sure there is no pressure or if you want changes, that it's all good and simple to deal with. Not only was Tracie amazing, but I found the company and craftsmen work to be incredible too. They can do anything for you that you need. I was grateful they were local as well, because they were able to get my parent's plot finalized before the snow and cold settled in. Our installer did a great job and was very efficient as well!

I discovered 15 months ago that I had a great uncle in the High River area that passed away in 1937 during the Great Depression/Dirty 30's and that because of the difficult economic times my uncle never received a Grave Marker. I tired very hard to get a monument company to work with me to have a marker installed. Many places never responded to my requests or told me via the phone that they were too swamped. It was very difficult and frustrating. I decided I would expand my search and try one more time, that is when I discovered Wild Rose Memorials. I sent an inquiry request on 10/13 and on 10/15 I received a call from Tracie. She was wonderful and compassionate. On 10/19 I approved the proof of the Grave Marker and on 10/23 the Grave Marker was installed. 10 days, 2 different countries, and thousands of miles between us we were able to accomplish a project that was 87 years in the making. My wife Daisy went to heaven May 2019. Shortly thereafter I moved and I now spend most of my time in British Columbia. Since being out of Province it made it difficult to find and order the headstone and have it placed. After some research I found Tracie & Mitch, through their website. Tracie was certainly patient with an old man trying to complete the promise to his wife Daisy to have the headstone placed in the center of Alberta about 700 kilometers away. With Tracie's research she found Edwin Brown, the caretaker of the country cemetery and made arrangements for him to be there when Mitch would arrive at Meanook where he placed the headstone. I am so thankful they they were able to get that done in a timely manner. I did not go to Airdrie, as everything was done over the telephone and internet. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their products and services. Very well done!
